The Fiesta of Five Flags presents the 2009 Pensacola Seafood Festival in historic Seville Square area in downtown Pensacola. The fantastic seafood for which the Gulf Coast is famous will be the highlight of the weekend. Carefully selected food vendors offer a wide variety of seafood dishes and other festival fare. Some highlights of this year's menu include southern style crab cakes, gator bites, blackened mahi mahi, bang bang shrimp, fried crawfish pistolettes, shrimp creole, boudin balls, and shark on a stick.

With more than 180 arts and crafts vendors, the Pensacola Seafood Festival is also one of the largest arts and crafts fairs in Northwest Florida.
